In spite of the Coronavirus, Council on the Ageing (COTA) ACT is offering two free home exercise sessions a week. These will be delivered by an accredited Strength for Life fitness professional. The classes will be offered via the COTA ACT Facebook page. If you’re missing your regular exercise sessions, this is the class for you!
This is a great opportunity for older Canberrans (and anyone around the world) to ‘Like’ the COTA ACT Facebook page so that they can participate in these free online classes that are specifically designed for older people. These classes will take place live on Thursday 26, Tuesday 31 of March and Thursday 2 April 2020 at 1pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Each class will be 30 minutes in length.
All you will need to participate is a chair, comfortable clothing and shoes!
