COTA ACT’s office will be shut from 12pm, Friday 23 December 2022 and reopen at 9am, Monday 9 January 2023.
Our phones and emails will not be monitored during this time and any enquiries will be actioned when the office reopens.

Seniors Information Service
The Seniors Information Service will not be available during COTA ACT’s office shutdown. The service will reopen at 9am, Monday 9 January 2023. Callback requests can be made by
Aged Care Navigation
Our Aged Care Navigation Service will cease operation at 5pm, 22 December 2022. Those who need support to navigate the Aged Care system should contact the Capital Health Network (CHN) to find a Care Finder program in their area.

Strength for Life
COTA ACT’s Strength for Life program will be shutdown from 22 December 2022, with the last class for the year at 3pm. The program will resume at the Hughes Community Centre with the first class back, 1:15pm Monday 9 January.

Get IT technical support
The Get IT technical support program will take a break for the holiday period from Friday 16 December and resume on Wednesday 1 February. Bookings are available for 2023 by contacting the COTA ACT office on 6282 3777.
Advanced Care Planning
Appointments with ACT Health’s Respecting Patient Choices will resume on Wednesday 18 January 2023. You can contact the COTA ACT office on 6282 3777 to make an appointment.
COTA ACT at the Libraries
COTA ACT’s last session at ACT Libraries will be on Thursday 15 December 2023. We will resume at the Libraries from Thursday 2 February 2023. You can see where we will be and when HERE.
Hughes Community Shed and Garden
The Hughes Community Shed and Garden will have their last session for the year on 24 December 2022 and reopen on 4 January.
