COTA ACT provides a telephone line and face to face advisory services at our office in the Hughes Community Centre, Wisdom Street, Hughes (next to the Hughes shops).

The Seniors Information Line is a territory-wide information and referral service. 
One call can provide you with information on 
  • Seniors Cards and discounts
  • social activities
  • aged care and retirement options
  • household assistance
  • transport
  • community and government services
  • and more!
A wide range of information is available at our resource library at the Hughes Community Centre. These information booklets and brochures cover:
  • housing
  • finance
  • transport
  • legal
  • health and medical
  • retirement and aged care
  • falls prevention
  • exercise and fitness
  • consumer directed care
  • safety
  • getting around Canberra
  • dementia, emergencies
  • advocacy
  • home library services
  • and more!

We can issue the Seniors / My Way card at our office and are happy to help with a range of services including photocopying.
