COTA ACT is based in the Hughes Community Centre, where we offer several rooms for hire in a clean, friendly and well-appointed environment; and at very reasonable rates.

Please note: our rooms have a number of regular hires, which means there is limited availability, particularly during weekdays.

The Hughes Community Centre is located in a residential area where noise restrictions apply. The Hughes Community Centre is strictly ALCOHOL FREE and not available for hire for parties.
Occupancy: 140 people (seated)
Inclusions: trestle tables (15), chairs, kitchen (containing a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and instant hot water), lectern, projector screen (no AV equipment) and small stage.
MEETING ROOM 2
Occupancy: 25 people
Inclusions: trestle tables (x2) , chairs, projector screen and a whiteboard. No AV equipment provided.
MEETING ROOM 3
Occupancy: 45 people
Inclusions: trestle tables (x9), projector screen and whiteboard. No AV equipment provided.
Please note: Room 2 and Room 3 are only available for hire on evenings and weekends.
